About · the founder
Twenty years of coaching practice. Leaders, teams, whole organisations. Now built into an app — for women who have something going on and want somewhere to take it.
Tammy Rashid · Founder & coach
I’d spent twenty years coaching people through change — leaders, teams, whole organisations. Then I found myself looking at my own next chapter.
I kept seeing the same thing: women who were competent, thoughtful, holding a lot — and had nowhere to take all of it. Not therapy-level. Not crisis. Just… a lot. A career question that bleeds into a parenting question that bleeds into a health question that bleeds into “what am I actually doing with my life?”
So I built the app. I gave it my name because it’s my method, my voice, my coaching philosophy — not a generic chatbot with a personality layer on top. The AI is the delivery mechanism. The coaching is mine.
That meant doing the harder work: encoding what I actually do in a coaching conversation — the questions I ask, the patterns I notice, the things I hold back — rather than just writing prompts that sound warm.
The result is Tammy. She’s not perfect. She’s not me. But she’s the closest I could get to putting a real coaching practice in someone’s pocket.
“She’s not warmth and a name on top of generic AI. She’s twenty years of coaching practice, structured into how she listens and what she asks back.”

The reason
Women carry too much — and have nowhere to put it all down
Not crisis. Not therapy. Just… a lot. A career question that bleeds into a parenting question that bleeds into a health question. Tammy gives you somewhere to take all of it.

What Tammy is
In your pocket, not in a calendar slot. Coaching when you actually have a minute.
She doesn’t make you start over. She picks up where you left off.
Most of what you do stays on your phone. She never trains on your conversations.
Twenty years of coaching practice, structured into how she listens. Not a chatbot with a personality layer.
She helps you think, not tells you what to do. The work happens in your life.
Tammy Rashid is a real coach. The AI is the delivery mechanism. The coaching is hers.
What Tammy is not
Tammy is a coach, not a therapist. She doesn’t diagnose, treat, or work with trauma. If something is therapy territory, she’ll name it and point you toward the right kind of help.
She doesn’t prescribe, manage medication, or give medical advice. She works around your medical professionals, not instead of them.
No streaks, no badges, no manifest-your-best-life. No gamified habit tracker. Tammy is coaching — slower, harder, more honest.
She’s warm, but she’s not your friend. She won’t chitchat, won’t perform empathy she doesn’t have, and won’t pretend to be human.
There’s one coach. One voice. One method. You don’t browse a catalogue — you work with Tammy.
